Our apparel is made one at a time just for you, your order will go into the queue immediately and typically goes into production within 24 hours of placing your order. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays can be slower to go into production.

Shipping within the US? We love to pass the savings on to you. Enjoy free shipping when you buy two items. Buy 3 items or more pay just $5.50 DISCOUNTED Flat Rate for all items to anywhere in the continental US. International shipping to many countries is available.

All orders are dispatched promptly once completed and should arrive at your door within 8-12 business days. Tracking is provided for your convenience and assurance. We offer shipping worldwide at extra expense factored in during the checkout process.

When shipping worldwide, Rennen is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process, or taxation in overseas countries. Rennen is not responsible for any lost package(s) due to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.

Change of heart? No problem

We accept exchange or refunds within 30 days after delivery.

Your purchase should be returned in saleable condition with all product packaging (box, bag etc...) safely packaged for return through the mail. Any damage caused by negligence in the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.

Before you start your return please reach out and give me a brief description of the problem and desired result such as either replacement or return. Apparel defects should be photographed and emailed so we can send to production for their benefit to see the defect and in some cases improve their process.

Goods will be either put back into production within 24 hours of receipt or refunded upon inspection on arrival (excluding the original delivery charge). Please note that resized items, customized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer not refundable.

To make it easy, for apparel goods, after the return process of sending photos of the defects, you may keep the goods and give to a friend. Most of the time they will not be resold so we leave that option to you, the customer.

If you do so choose to return the item, it is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable delivery service.
